Sited at the intersection of Chicago’s River North, Fulton Market, and Loop neighborhoods above a four-acre riverfront park, Wolf Point East – a 698-unit luxury apartment building designed by internationally recognized Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, in partnership with Pappageorge Haymes Partners – showcases SH Studio’s interior and amenity designs. Both celebrate the building’s unique riverfront location and its historic importance to the city of Chicago. Working collaboratively with ownership and architects, our modern yet timeless interior concept echoes the thoughtful and inventive exterior. Here, urban serenity pairs with elegant comfort, evident in the art-infused lobby, full-floor fitness club and exercise studio, private coworking lounge and conference rooms, gathering spaces for dining and entertaining, and club area. All extend residents’ ability to live, work, and play well beyond the boundaries of their individual units. Model designs were created based on SH Studio-conceived renter profiles, influencing not only choices for luxury finishes and materials, but also, marketing plans for the building.
